VPMS (Vertical Project Management System) is a project management platform developed by innoword that aims to simplify the management of translation projects.

VPMS allows users to control every step in the translation process, from resource management, project management, to orders. From there, we can optimize our project management process, bringing more value to our clients.

  • VPMS allows project managers to control the list of collaborators. Users can easily import information about translators into the system including everything from contact information, daily capacity of translators, previously completed projects, or rates for each language pair for easy management.
  • VPMS allows project managers to create and manage information on translation projects right in the dashboard. Users can easily track and filter project information by volume, description, language pair, and translation deadline.
  • What makes VPMS stand out from other project management systems is that VPMS is specifically designed to manage translation projects. Instead of having to use multiple platforms to send emails to notify translators about new projects, project managers now only need a few simple steps on VPMS to send emails containing all project details directly to selected translators.

Language service providers will be provided with an account to access VPMS, which will help them better control their workflow, manage different translation projects, and still meet the requirements of the project manager.
  • Track and manage past and ongoing translation projects assigned by the Project Manager.
  • Track new translation project requests.
  • Create individual invoices for each translator. Invoices created by each translator will be automatically updated on the Project Manager’s Portal for them to track.
  • Manage and update translator information including payment methods, available hours, etc.
