Khmer Translation

Khmer is the official and most widely spoken language in Cambodia. It is an Austro-Asiatic language of the Mon-Khmer branch, descended from the language of the ancient Mon people. Khmer uses the Khmer script, an alphabetic script developed from the Indian Pallava script. With approximately 16 million native speakers, Khmer is one of the major languages ​​in Southeast Asia. It is not only the official language of Cambodia but also widely spoken in the border regions of Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.
